Is a Crime Against Humanity

Doctors use Shock Treatment as  an Immediate or Emergency method of treatment for mental illness.

Death or Disability can Result from Shock Treatment. Direct ECT or giving Shock Treatment without anaesthesia is a brutal and uncivilised practice. It clearly violates human rights.

Shock Treatment is misused everywhere and it is always used in situations  where it mnay be a threat to life. We too demand safe  treatment practices for mental-social illnesses.
