MEGHALI SENAPATI, 37, began her career as a social worker in a  community based organisation in Chirang district of Assam. She works on  women rights, community organisation, capacity building of grassroots  development practitioners and feminist counseling. She is currently  assistant professor in the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Guwahati.
