The Supreme Court reached a historical judgement by providing guidelines for the prevention of harassment of women at workplaces. In this judgement, the Supreme Court took account of CEDAW’s Article 11 and 24 which consider harassment as a form of violence against gender equality at workplaces. The Supreme Court recognises and acknowledges this.
