Preparation before disaster
- Water-cleansing material

- First Aid equipments
- Life-saving equipments

Post-disaster First Aid
- Trauma caused to a patient due to disaster
- Use hard stretcher for those patients whose spinal code is fractured
- Keep the patient on hard stretcher if his/her leg is broken.
- Snake bite – Clean the wounded part of the body and keep the patient straight
- Press fifteen times on the chest and try for artificial breathing for asphyxiating patient. Keep clothes on mouth to give artificial breathing.
