Description: The poster shows the two scenarios before and after the awareness of women. In the first scenario, the Panchayat is headed by the husband of the woman sarpanch. His wife, the sarpanch, is sitting on the ground next to him. After the ‘pattern of change’, the situation reverses where the Panchayat is headed by the woman sarpanch and her husband is sitting in the corner.
