As per the Supreme Court definition all these behaviour will be treated as<\/p>\n

Sexual harassment in work place.<\/p>\n

Remember<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. You are not responsible rather the accused who did such behaviour is responsible.<\/li>\n
  2. Don\u2019t keep it with you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    * Immediately oppose such behaviour of the accused.<\/p>\n

    * Inform others about the problems you are facing due to such behaviour of the accused.<\/p>\n

    *Every authority of the institution has to form an internal complaining committee to prevent such sexual harassment misdeeds.<\/p>\n

    3. In order to prove the complaint :<\/p>\n

    *Write down all such misdeeds you have faced<\/p>\n

    * Inform your colleagues<\/p>\n

    * Lodge your complain in written before the committee if you feel it is essential<\/p>\n

    * If your organization does not have such committee then complain to the higher authority in written about the absence of such committee.<\/p>\n

      • To take steps to prevent and deter such sexual harassment cases in respective work places and to penalise the accussed.<\/li>\n
      • Inform all other staff to keep themselves away from any type of sexual misconducts.<\/li>\n
      • Make sexual harassment subject a discussion point at meetings and conferences.<\/li>\n
      • Every institution should have an internal complaining committee<\/li>\n
      • Build such an atmosphere at workplace where women colleagues do not face unwelcome behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Truth : <\/strong>Sexual harassment cases are very common. 40 to 60% working women\u00a0face such unwelcome behaviours.<\/p>\n

        Myth : <\/strong>Some of the\u00a0 sexual remarks are <\/strong>silly matters. Those women, don\u2019t enjoy\u00a0merry making, complain against such <\/strong>things.<\/p>\n

        Truth\u00a0 : <\/strong>Different studies speak : All type of sexual harassment is disrespect to\u00a0women\u2019s honour.\u00a0 This is offensive and it creates fear among women.<\/p>\n

        Myth :<\/strong> Obscene dresses and behaviour are responsible for sexual harassment.<\/p>\n
