Give your child mother’s milk from 1-5 years.

From 4-6 months, along with mother’s milk, begin giving

the child light food that is cooked at home. As the child grows increase the amount of food. Feed it a little 5 to 6 times a day.

Have your child vaccinated on time to prevent serious diseases.

A second child should be conceived only after a gap of 3 years.

Before giving any food to the child, make sure to wash your child’s hands as well as your own.

During an illness continue to feed your child light food, otherwise he can become weak and fall prey to more diseases.

Keep cooked food covered.
